This is a great video on YouTube called Autism Reality, posted by theWrongPlanet.
It is a highly acclaimed documentary film, featuring Dr. Temple Grandin, Alex Plank and is produced and directed by Alex, and runs for 10 minutes approximately.Whilst watching this documentary, I was trully moved.
